How is this so much faster than an agency?

Because we don’t do custom design for every client. We have 20+ proven templates for local businesses, and we adapt one to your trade, your content, and your area. The design thinking has been done. What takes 12 weeks at an agency takes us 2 because we skip the parts that weren’t helping you anyway.

Will it look generic or copy-paste?

No. The template is the skeleton. Your photos, services, reviews, suburbs, brand colours and copy make every site unique. A template isn’t a bad thing when it’s been tested across 147 live sites.

What if I already have a website?

We rebuild it. We don’t patch old sites — it’s cheaper and cleaner to start fresh. We migrate any content worth keeping and redirect your old URLs so you don’t lose SEO.

Question 4

Do I have to write all the copy myself?

No. You fill in a 30-minute form with the basics (services, suburbs, what makes you different), and we write the site. You review and tweak. If you want full custom copy, we have a paid add-on.

Who owns the site?

You. Always. It’s on your domain, your hosting (or ours if you want us to host), and you can export everything if you ever leave. No hostage situations.

What if I need changes after launch?

All tiers include monthly support. Growth and Scale tiers include real monthly edits. Bigger changes (new pages, landing pages, rebrands) are priced as add-ons — no surprise invoices.

Do you do SEO?

We set up the foundations on every site (schema, titles, Google Business, fast load). Ongoing SEO is a separate add-on from $390/mo. We’re not going to bolt on a $2k/mo SEO package you don’t need. If you want it, we’ll tell you when.

What if I want to cancel?

Monthly support is month-to-month. Cancel any time via email — your site stays live 30 days after cancellation, then goes offline. Your domain and any content you uploaded are always yours. $199 seems too cheap. What’s the catch?

No catch. We ship 15 of these a month using proven templates — at volume, $199 covers our time. The monthly covers everything ongoing. It’s how the business actually works, not a loss-leader.

Question 10

What’s actually in the monthly?

Accepted Answer

Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring, malware scans, Google Analytics, 1–5 edits (depending on tier), and same-day email + text support on business days. It’s a real managed service, not a subscription trap.

What counts as a “small edit”?

Accepted Answer

Text change, image swap, updating hours, adding or removing a service, adding a testimonial, changing a phone number. Anything under 30 minutes of our time. Bigger changes (new pages, design changes) are priced as add-ons.

What if I need more edits than included?

Add the Extra Edits pack ($49/mo for +5), or move up a tier. Most Growth clients never hit their limit.

Can I cancel the monthly?

Accepted Answer

Any time — no cancellation fee, just email us. Your site stays live on our hosting for 30 days after cancellation, then goes offline. You keep your own domain and any photos/content you uploaded. If you want to migrate the site off our hosting to run it yourself, there’s a one-off buyout equal to 24 months of your current plan (covers the real build cost the subscription was spreading over time). Can I upgrade or downgrade any time?

Yes. Prorated to the day. Most clients upgrade within 60 days of launch once the site starts producing enquiries.

Do I have to host with you?

Accepted Answer

No, but it’s included free on all tiers. Most clients stay because it’s fast and hands-off. If you want to self-host, we knock $20/mo off your plan.

All prices are in AUD and exclude GST (so $199 setup is $218.90 inclusive).

What happens if I take weeks to fill in the form?

The 7 days start when we receive a complete onboarding form. If you take two weeks to send it, we start from when you send it. We won’t chase you more than twice.

Can I see the site during the build?

You see it on day 10. We don’t do daily preview links because it slows the build and stresses clients who don’t like seeing works-in-progress.

What if I miss something?

We chase you (nicely) by email and SMS. If we genuinely can’t reach you for 14 days, we pause the build and restart when you reply.

Can I hop on a call during the process?

Yes, 15 minutes, once, if you want. Most clients don’t need it.
